Clear billing support.

Nardo AI Pro payments are verified through Razorpay. If there is a billing or activation issue, support can review the payment ID.

If payment succeeds but Pro is not activated, contact support with your Razorpay payment ID.

Duplicate payments or failed activation cases can be reviewed by the Nardo AI team.

Refund approval depends on payment status, usage and the nature of the issue.

Plan expiry and payment history are visible in your dashboard after successful activation.

Support requests should be sent from the same Gmail account used for login.
